Car
Break-Ins
The State
College Police Department is investigating (15)
car break-ins which occurred overnight between
3/9/13 and 3/11/13 in Harris Acres (College and
Harris Township), Dalevue neighborhood (College
Township) and Greentree neighborhood (State
College Borough). Vehicles entered
were reportedly unlocked and items taken
included tools, cash/change, wallet(s) and
CD’s.
Residents/Students are reminded to
remain vigilant, lock vehicles and to remove all
valuables, change/cash and other items from
vehicles. The State College Police are
also asking that suspicious persons and/or
vehicles observed be promptly reported to the
police.

information is asked to contact the State

Columbia Gas to
Gauge
Interest in Gas
Line Extension
Columbia Gas
gave a presentation and answered resident’s
questions at the Board's August meeting on the
process for extending natural gas lines. Efforts
will continue to gauge interest in having gas
lines extended in the Township. They
have asked interested residents to complete the
form linked below (in both Word and pdf
formats). Please complete and return the form to
the Township Manager via e-mail at
akfarkas@comcast.net or by dropping it off or mailing
it to the office,
